Travel Insurance Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable: Once travel insurance has been issued, cancellations are subject to the Insurance Company’s approval. Clients must justify the cancellation and submit the required documents to the insurance company.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

  • Refundable: Refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of the original payment date for duplicate or incorrect payments.

3. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 30–45 banking days.
  • Refunds will be made via deposit or online transfer to major Philippine banks (e.g., BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Chinabank, PNB, Security Bank).
  • PayPal and credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable service charge (approximately 5%). Other platform charges may vary and are also non-refundable.

This refund policy may change without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current policy at the time of purchase. By purchasing travel insurance from ATDX INC., clients agree to these terms.

Hotel Booking Refund Policy ​

1. Cancellation Policies

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: May be cancelled within the stated time frame without charge (service charge may apply). Cancellations after the deadline will incur full charges.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds will be given. These rates are typically offered at discounted prices.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check in without prior notice will result in a charge equal to the full booking amount.

3. Early Departure

  • Guests checking out early will be charged for the full original booking period. No refunds for unused nights.

4. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 30–45 banking days.
  • Refunds will be made via deposit or online transfer to major Philippine banks (e.g., BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Chinabank, PNB, Security Bank).
  • PayPal and credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable service charge (approximately 5%). Other platform charges may vary and are also non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds due to natural disasters or travel restrictions will be reviewed case-by-case. Supporting documents may be required.

Tour Package Refund Policy

1. Voluntary Cancellations

  • Downpayments are non-refundable.
  • Payments beyond the downpayment may be refunded and are evaluated case-by-case, based on the specific tour’s cancellation policy.

2. Cancellations by ATDX INC.

  • If cancelled before the tour starts, clients receive a full refund (excluding service charges) or may reschedule, depending on availability.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be granted once a tour has commenced.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Handled case-by-case. Documentation may be required.

  • Non-Refundable: Payments to embassies or government agencies are non-refundable.

Flight Booking Refund Policy

1. Voluntary Cancellations

  • Refund or Rebooking depends on the airline and ticket booking class:
    • Budget Airlines: Generally non-refundable but may allow rebooking with fees.
    • Legacy Carriers (e.g., PAL, Emirates): Generally may allow refund or rebooking, fare rules on the particular ticket will apply.
    • Service fees on airline bookings are non-refundable.
    • Ancillary services (seats, meals) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by the Airline

  • The airline may offer a full refund (excluding service charges) or rescheduling. ATDX INC. will coordinate with the airline but is not liable for their fees or decisions.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Special Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to events like natural disasters will be assessed by the airline. Approval is at their discretion.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within approximately 60–90 banking days.
  • Refunds will be made via deposit or online transfer to major Philippine banks (e.g., BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Chinabank, PNB, Security Bank).
  • PayPal and credit card payments are subject to a non-refundable service charge (approximately 5%). Other platform charges may vary and are also non-refundable.
